All cafeteria staff will take temperatures 2x daily and wear masks/gloves.
Cafeteria staff who display symptoms related to COVID-19 will not be permitted on campus.
All cafeteria staff have been tested for COVID-19, and will continue regular testing. Anyone with a positive result will not be permitted on campus.
All lunches will be served in disposable containers with disposable utensils. All other food and drinks will be available ala carte in pre-packaged containers.
Table seating will be available in the N and S Cafeterias, with tables marked for proper social distancing spacing.
Everyone will be required to wipe down chairs and tables after eating.
The cafeteria and kitchen will be disinfected throughout the day.
Traffic markings will be placed on the floor to direct appropriate directional flow.
All cleaning protocols will follow Russian Sanitation Authority requirements.
AAS dishwashers are equipped with disinfecting and sanitizing capabilities.
