Since School year 2013-14 we started out guest chef program, hiring a chef from abroad for the period of 1 year. This was to enlarge our assortment of dishes with new ideas and have a new face intaeracting with students from time to time.
Or first Guest chef was Mr. Peter Ward from the USA. His was focusing on biological, healthy food and made Elemtary schoolers try new dishes every week.
In 2014/15 our guest chef was
Tylor Strange from the US.
He brought to us specialities of the southern states kitchen, great chicken drum and BBQ dishes. Also his Mexican section was greatly appreciated.
Guest chef for 2015/16 was
Mr. Nasir from Pakistan.
He renewed our Indian section and also refreshed a lot of Mexican dishes. So with the years a Burrito in the AAS-Cafeteria changed a couple of times but always found appreciation. And change is what this guest-chef program should emphasise.
